Our Response to Covid-19
Hotel Hell and the Zicoria Brasserie restaurant will be ready to welcome our guests in Val Gardena starting from July 4 2020, after months of forced, sudden and dramatic closure.
We are using the weeks that separate us from the long-awaited day to organize ourselves in the best way:
We will reopen ensuring the maximum possible comfort, in the maximum possible safety, also by applying additional measures compared to the required national and regional regulations.
We will use all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), necessary to ensure the health of our guests, collaborators and families.
Our premises will be sanitized regularly and our cleaning regimen will be set to an even higher standard and further strengthened with the use of specific equipment for room sanification. Specific areas of focus for our Covid-19 Response include:
- Rigorous Sanitization of rooms, bar and restaurant areas, common areas and contact points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms)
- Hand Sanitizer Stations positioned in the Guest Contact Areas
- Body Temperature Measurement according to Local and Regional Laws
- Masks and Gloves supply for all our staff, especially those in continuous contact with our Guests, and for those guests who may need them.
- Continuous information to our collaborators to ensure knowledge and respect of protocols of hygiene and safety.
Fortunately, only a few months ago we completed a profound renovation of the dining rooms and outdoor terraces.
The available space will guarantee ample space, also in compliance with the rules of physical distancing. We are reorganizing the restaurant and dining services (from breakfast, to brunch, to dinner), regulating the buffet area – which will always be manned by our dining room staff – and focusing more on table service.
We will try in every way possible to make your moments of conviviality pleasant despite the limits imposed by prudence and law.
Flexibility is greatly appreciated in this moment of uncertainty and therefore we have decided to update our cancellation policy terms for new reservations. At the same time, many are looking forward to enjoying a holiday in the Dolomites. Cancellation will be free of charge up to 10 days before arrival and the deposit can be returned or converted into a voucher valid for one year. The cancellation will be free of charge at any time due to the contraction of Covid-19.
In case of Contagion of one or more people – both among guests and between collaborators – the rules laid down by National and Regional Health Authorities will be strictly respected.
The friendship and solidarity of our mountains, the unforgettable view that you can enjoy from our windows, from the terraces and from the large balconies, the even healthier and clearer air of the Dolomites will do the rest.
We are waiting for you!
